The circle with the line through it means it is on average miles per gallon, instead of actual or current live miles per gallon. This can be toggled via the MFI switch. Depending on which model you have, it could be on the end of the wiper switch or on the steering wheel if you have buttons next to the horn. as for the vibration it could be a few things. Such as a loos engine mount or trany mount gone bad. Worn out or stuck cv joints in the axels can cause a good vibration during driving. A warped rotor on the brakes can cause vibrations during stopping.
