my 1998 honda ciivic turns on fine when cold but after I run it a short distance it will not turn back on until the engine cools back down

I have already replaced the crank shaft sensor, distributor, wires to plugs,
thermostat, and master rely switch, but after a short drive the car will not turn
on until the engine cools down. What can it be?
