The Honda F series engine is good and reliable, it can have problems due to wear and poor maintenance, like any other. If you are not experiencing major problems, I don't see why swap it for a different engine. It takes work and money.
The F23A DOHC 16 Valve engine is the most powerful of the 23 series. With a displacement of 1997 cc and a maximum of 152 hp.
