No turnover

I have a 96 honda accord with a v6 24 vaule
engine on it. So i put a new starter in an it
wont turnover it cranks n all but wont
turnover.. What do i do next?

Find a socket that will fit the harmonic balancer (largest pulley under hood) and turn ONLY CLOCKWISE and see if motor is locked. Sounds like it's probably time for an engine.
