cant seem to find any ecu service connectors here in my area...

here's the deal... i dont want to spend that much in adjusting ECU settings in a shop... but i cant seem to find any service
cables in the area, only on the web... should i fabricate one with the usb plug on the other end? and how if so? i have an
OBD on a 96 vti sedan with s300 ecu...

best bet is to go to a shop cause you need to chip the ecu so you can edit it and then you need to get burning software then you need a specific fuel map and then adjust all of settings and also you have to purchase editing software or you can use chrome which is a free ecu programmer for hondas

i have the s300 software... taking it to a shop costs me 5,000 phil pesos (convert it to dollars) nd for this area it's too much...

well personally i wouldn't want to mess with wires but if you want look and see if on eBay they sell a plug in. i haven't messed around with ecus much but there may be a plug you can get and plug right in to your ecu
