Time and Date not displaying on Kia receiver

Problem with date and time not showing up
at all on my receiver. Options to adjust time
are not available (greyed out).

I have a Kia Cadenza 2018 and I solved the issue by pulling all three memory fuses for 10 seconds and putting them back in.

I tried this fix on my Kia 2015 Optima Turbo and I had to pull 2 memory and the multimedia fuse but it did work for me. Dealer did not know how to fix this as there is no "official" fix from Kia yet. Thanks for the fix Doug

And just like magic, yesterday afternoon, time and date showed up again without doing anything.
