kicked all relays are fuses my blinkers quit
working is there a fuse box behind the glove
box

All makes and models are different, so you could have one two three or even four fuse/power supplies. Most Honda have one on the left side and one on the right side of the dash, either under it or in the end of it, covered by a removable panel that you can only see when you open the doors. You should also have one under the hood someplace, usually near the battery.
