Is it just the blinkers, or are all the bulbs out? If they are multi function bulbs that stay on as lights and have a second filament that does the blinking and also light up as brake lights, the flasher unit up under the dashboard could have died and needs replacing.

I have the same problem I changed all the fuses relays flasher and still don't have Hazard or turn signal can somebody help
