Power door lock issue

I have a 2000 Expedition.  We're having issues with the
door locks.  When using the remote not all of the doors
will unlock, same when pushing the. Interior door locks.  
What could be the issue?

Is it the same door that doesn't open? Then you probably have a failed door lock actuator.
