It sounds to me like you are stuck in limped mode! Google it that's how I fixed mine when it did that turned out it was my alternator but when did this start and do you have any lights on in your dash panel such as check engine soon or oil light
Nope checked checked all that crap it's still running low when I turn it into gear so I know it's not the flywheel or the crank so I definitely think it's the catalytic converter Maybe
My car goes from idle really well to first gear and then it has COMPLETE LACK OF POWER IT WON'T GO OVER 20 MILES AN HOUR BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING RUNS GREAT
