1992 Honda accord won't crank. Battery good, the only noise you hear ( click) seems to come from behind dash

Sounds like a typical dead battery. Have you checked the battery voltage with a tester for voltage? Some vehicles are so temperamental, that certain sensors will malfunction with as little as 1/2 to 1 volt drop in power, especially in cold weather starts, and some cars won't start or even crank with as little as 11 volts in the battery. My experiences with both a 97 Honda Accord V6 and a 2000 Accord V6 have proven this on several occasions, so I would start there. If you already did this, try giving us some more info & maybe we can narrow it down a bit better for you.

It could also be the starter relay or starter solenoid. The solenoid is located on the starter itself.
