Did it run prior to installing the pump? If you have verified battery voltage at the pump, make sure all of the lines are properly connected, none are pinched or reversed. You may have to pull the pump and compare it to the old one. Make sure the pickup and sock are sitting properly in the tank...

No it didn't...I was given the Civic and I had to install a new gas tank because the car sat around for 5 years in the sun and the tank and fuel pump rusted up and it also need a complete tune up. The individual who gave me the car said it stopped running one day and she just parked the car. I also checked the fuel pump relay and it was good. HELP
