My car ran out of oil

I bought my car and ran out of oil in it
before you jump on me understand I’ve never
had an adult in my life much less one to show
me bout cats please help. I ran out of is my
engine seized is the car pointless will my
insurance even help will the dealership or ami
just screwed..

If you ran the oil out and the engine seized, the engine is ruined. Insurance does not cover such things.
