Which is the minimum speed for 1,2,3,4 and 5 th shifts of a mechanic.

Shift around 2,500 rpm if you are taking it easy. Shift higher when you are in a hurry. You can shift at any speed up to the redline but in most cases 5,000 rpm is plenty.
