Where is starter located 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT

It is located underneath the car on the back of the engine towards the firewall.It is above the drivers front axle that runs below it. There is a bar or brace that runs near it that needs to be removed you tube has a good video of what to do for 2001 through 2006 elantra. Hope that is enough info and be sure to remove the battery cable to prevent injury before the removal

That is very helpful. I'm not real mechanically inclined. Am I safe in guessing it would be located in the same place, In my 03 4dr Elantra? TY in advance.. Michael
