I would recommend completely documenting all the issues and times it has been back for repairs. Sounds like you have a case building under the Lemon Law. You should look that up for your state and if they cannot fix it, start looking into have the Jeep replaced.

i have the same issue also downshifting from 4 to 3rd gear is very bad and the car now is in the agency to check it again here in UAE. please share what they have done with you .. thanks

I’m facing the same issue and the car has been at the dealer in Dubai for 65 days and they are not able to fix the issue. They started with the engine then the transmission valve then the wiring then the gear box and clutch’s then the ignition and every time they tell me it’s fixed and I test drive it I discover that the issue is not fixed. I picked up the car yesterday to test drive it for a week before returning it and the issue is now is intermittent. This issue rectified to having the traction control constantly on and the cruise control disconnects by itself. The shifting is no longer smooth. I strongly believe they technical team at the dealer in Dubai don’t know what they are dining and just guessing. This is the last Jeep I ever buy.
