Shifter goes into neutral

I have a 2010 Cadillac CTS that shifter
shifts into neutral when I slam on the
brakes. My hand is off of the shifter when it
happens. What could be the issue?

I have a 2009 with the same exact issue. Was the transmission mount the issue?
