Do you hear a click when the forward/aft switch is activated? if not then check the seat
relays and the fore and aft switch. If you hear a click then feel if the motor makes a slight
jump when pushing the button to go back, if it doesn't jump slightly then the motor has
locked up. Now you have the right tools you can remove the seat from the track assembly,
but it is really tight fit and not easy, so you will need to raise the seat as high as it will go to
gain access to those bolts and possibly need to remove part of the lower cushion covering.
I wish you good luck.
