whats the best way to clean a tan convertible top with mildew ,I would guess that's it, without damaging the top ?

I just bought the car today  and I want to know how to clean the top without damaging it or drying it out

I use Murphy's Soap as it's not too harsh. Be sure to use the boot if you have one. It's a bit of a pain but in the long run it will save you from spending more time cleaning the top. Plus the top will stay nicer for a longer time...IMO

I think you can also inquire about a boat/marine vinyl cleaner. I believe that they give good results depending on the material. Just a thought. Best regards, Mustang Indy

THERE IS A LIQUID THAT IS POURED INTO PAINT TO STOP MILDEW. TO CHECK IT OUT AS TO IT BEING OKAY WITH YOUR TOP GO TO A REPUTABLE PAINT DEALER
