The 302 was not an option for your car. The swap is possible but not necessarily a "bolt in" conversion. It will also not be smog legal. Better to install a proper 4.6 engine.
you will also need the transmission and rear end, driveshaft, and ecm and wiring harness's. Plus upgrade the brakes too to the GT size. It's almost better to see your car and pick up a GT.
