Asked by Mustang20101 Oct 20, 2020 at 11:19 PM about the 2000 Ford Mustang Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When trying to start my Mustang it makes a
grinding sound and would not start. I tried multiple
times and it still continues. What could be the
problem. I changed a oil and shortly after is started
the sound and would not start just grind and make
a loud bad grinding noise

Grinding is not good, I would not continue to try to start the vehicle. Maybe the starter? Have the vehicle towed to your local garage.

The starter has been replaced new and the car hock up don’t work for them to read the system to tell what the problem is. It lights or anything on any other ideas.
