I have a little knowledge of cars. I am thinking of buying a 2000 ford mustang gt. The pat system was tripped. and it needs to be re flashed. It comes with a new ecu and SCT tuner. Is this something I can tackle as a beginner and how much should I pay for a car that won't start?
