Car starting problems on occasion

2014 Mazda 3- Car will not start right away with the electric key or with the key
inserted into the ignition. Happens on occasion a few times a week. New
battery installed and new batteries installed on the key pad but still happens.
Always starts after a few minutes when it won's start right away.
