Question type: Maintenance & Repair

ok i got a 1999 g20t with about 150k miles. it had a coolent leak, i replaced
the hose in the back next to the knock sensor. i was driving about 80mph
and it just died on me. no overheating no signs as too why. the engine was
hot on one side more than the other so i replaced the spark plug wires. It
won't start. it also shakes way more now when it tries. i checked and the
timing is right. it also has a almost wet sound to it when i crank it.

Do a compression test. If all cylinders test very low or zero, it's jumped (valve) timing and might not be worth fixing if you have an interference engine. Serious engine damage has been done. Jim
