rpms to heat up faster,  I went to drive it would
only go 4 mph at 1000 rpms,  no code but did say

I would not recommend revving to 3000 rpms to 'help it' warm it up faster. The oil and coolant need time to warm up. The computer probably detected a problem with the unusual circumstances before driving.
