Do not disconnect the main power with using the saver tool that plugs into the OBD2 port, doing so can cause problems with the computers and make them loose programming. TPMS warning can either be a low tire pressure or the sensors themselves are failing, any good tire shop can see if they are sending signals. If a key fob no longer works even after new battery, then chances are high that the fob has failed internally. Try a locksmith for signal detection, way cheaper than the dealer.
