Maintenance Advice for Subaru
My 2017 Subaru Forester is getting close to 100,000 miles, and would like
some advice on necessary maintenance I should consider right now. Thank
you!
If you have a timing belt replace it and the water pump now before the belt breaks and ruins the engine! Flush nothing! Doing so on an older model usually creates problems. Do a complete tune up. Check the condition of the serpentine belt(s) and hoses. Replace as needed. Check the condition of the brakes, front end, and tires. Make repairs as needed. Jim
