disable door ajar warning light

Asked by GG108 Sep 05, 2019 at 06:09 PM about the 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Limited

Question type: General

It's hot where I live, so at night I've been leaving the windows down and the
hatch open so that I can get some air flow to keep cool.

Problem is, the lighted ring around my ignition as well as the door open
indicator lights (next to my speedometer) stay on as long as I have my hatch
open.

What would be the best way to resolve this issue? I'd rather not disconnect
the battery at night. Is there a fuse I can pull while I sleep?
