Not likely at all. Let me guess. The dealer says you need it at a very high cost? Use top tier gas when you can or add Techron to the tank once a year and you should be good.

Even that's excessive unless you run. around with an empty tank chronically. Keep tank 1/4 full min and you'll never need cleaner. Ern

I suppose it depends on the available gas quality. I can't get top tier locally unless I will pay a huge premium and drive 25 miles to get it.
