Classic Subaru el cheapo battery problem. Buy a quality battery like Optima or Interstate with the highest capacity you can fit in the car.

Yup. Big Interstate at COSTCO for $80 is a winner. I have to put one in half the 2016-2018 Subies I buy.
Check out this post: https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-c23420_ds987294 Have similar issue with my 2017 legacy. If new testers tell u the battery is good, then it is definitely good. Don't be listening to people tell u your battery is cheap. The cheapest battery should last u at least from winter to winter. I have done some testing myself and found one of the problems. Under the hood there is a 7.5A fuse (DCM) that when unplugged it stops draining the battery. See the attached.

Starlink on 2019 and earlier definitely have excessive battery drain issues. The earlier Starlink used 3G cell service. 3G is no longer available from ATT. This causes the DCM module to continually seek out a 3G signal even when the car is parked & engine is off. This creates three times the normal battery drain. Within a few months the battery will be 100% drained. Nothing will work including the FOB locks. After a few 100% drains/recharges the battery will need replacing. The only solutions are to remove fuse #9 or replace the board ($1,000+) with an updated DCM module. Fuse #9 also controls BT and 2-front speakers. You may be able to receive compensation from Subaru.
