I have a 2017 sonata with about 17,100 miles.  Discovered trunk issue and
nothing has worked.  Spoke with both Hertrich hyundai in New Castle, Delaware
AND the national customer care center.  Nothing.  Cannot use car at all!  What a
disgrace Hyundai turned out to be.  Besides contacting BBB, what might other
effective action be??

My car IS under warranty. But after waiting almost 3 weeks for Hertrich Hyundai AND the Consumer Affairs case manager to locate the part, i went to another dealership and they fixed my car within an hour! Am sending letter to the CEO for remedial action. I am 73 years old and i had to locate the part myself. Very sad!
