manual rear door liftgate on 2017 Ford Edge
I am 75 years old. My 2017 Ford Edge has a manual rear door liftgate. The
door is heavy to lift, etc. Can any adjustments be made to make it easier for me
to open and lift up the door?

If the gas struts are going bad it will be harder to open. You could have the struts replaced to see if it helps. You may need to buy a car with a power tailgate.
