My 2017 Avalon bottoms out in dips on the freeway, then lunges forward into the adjacent lane.

Have it checked out under warranty. There's something broken in the suspension for a new vehicle to be doing that. Don't wait to long.

You have a death trap. Have it towed to the dealer. Your warranty may cover the tow.
