Can I put an 04 Jeep Liberty Limited engine in an 04 Jeep Liberty Sport?

I have an 04 Jeep Liberty Limited and a friend is
giving me his 04 Jeep Liberty Sport, because my
Jeep has some body damage that is going to be
way too expensive to fix. The only thing is, the
Sport's engine is shot. So can I put my Jeep Liberty
Limited engine in the Sport or are they different
engines?
