There was a coin in cigarette lighter and a
charger was placed in cigarette lighter
causing sparks and smoke to come from
center console now car has no electrical
power at all

Check all the fuses under the hood as something other than the cigarette lighter fuse should have blown.
I have a 08 Yukon XL, I have no power to my driver door. But all my other doors work not the driver door.
