Do all the hazard lights work? This will tell you if wiring is intact and if bulbs are good. Do your right signal lights work? This would indicate flasher is working. Does the blinker switch on the steering column seem to feel normal? Possibly bad switch.

I've replaced all the fuses, and all the left turn signal bulbs. I was told it's not the flasher possibly a short. How do I find a short?
