When I turn on my car the gauges take like 30 seconds to go up. What do I need to get to fix that?

you could try a fresh fuse in the proper slot, pertaining to gauges,otherwise its possibly the voltage reducer behind the cluster, and maybe the printed circuit plugged in back there needs contact cleaner or just jostled for good contact
