Where is the fuse to the cigarette lighter in a 98 jeep cherokee?

No answer... but trying to find fuse for parking lights. And if there is two separate fuses on each side? I have everything on driver side. Passanger side I have brake lights single and reverse. But no parking light on front and rear of my 1998 jeep Cherokee. Can anybody help me out with this?
