looses power then stops running

I have a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Lerado I have replaced crank sensor ignition coil wire  and still having same problem when driving it will lose power like its cut off but hasn't till I come to a complete stop sometimes will crank back sometimes it wont for a while Im smelling gas when this happens I cant keep doing a search find mission its costing me to much any suggestions?

have you replaced the coil or just the coil wire? If you do need an ign. coil, get one from dealership. aft. mkt. are junk. They seem to fail abt. one week out of warranty.
