1999 ford ranger xlt in stuck in low range and when I place the switch in 4 low the 4 low and 4 high lights blink with no engagement to the front hub

It is stuck in 4 low and the accuator is getting power. We removed the transfer case already but I need to find out what the name of the module is that controls the front hubs.

i too want to know the name of that module maybe thats my problem also cuz it wasnt the transfer case nor the hubs
