OK, it's hard to answer a question when the question when isn't necessarily clear and there is no info as to what you've done to figure out what the problem is. ."won’t start, locks unlocks" would seem to indicate that the FOB will unlock and lock the door but the car won't start. Does the engine turn over but won't start. Is this a problem with for both FOB's? Have you held the FOB right next to the Start button when trying to start it? If that works, you probably need need to replace the FOB's batteries. The FOB's use standard button cells. When you open them up you'll be able to check the size and get replacement batteries. If you don't want to do it yourself the dealership will be glad to help you out (I suspect some of the auto parts stores and maybe even your helpful hardware store's key dept might be willing to help.) Have you tried jump starting it and did that work? As far as the car's battery itself, Honda has gotten a lots of flack for the original batteries being undersized. Your battery bay might be able to accept a larger and/or more powerful battery which might be worth considering

The Fob uses a better grade battery……I’ve put the lesser one in with no problems. These batteries Do Not last long. Couple years generally GuruBVR2J is correct about holding fob right next to the start button. That should determine a bad battery or not
