Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A while ago I tried putting in a new stereo in my 2004 kia
spectra , wires touched together and there was smoke after
contact. Now power locks, dome lights, radio do not work.
I've checked fuses , what should i do?

I don't have a wiring diagram for your car but check around the battery pos. terminal also the starter solenoid area for wires that may look a bit funky they will say "fuseable link" on them just pull on them one at a time, if one stretches apart replace it with the same size link. You can't solder fuse links use butt Connectors. I hope this helps, take care.
