IWhen removed my battery to replace a headlight my fuse box is ticking, Why?

A 'ticking' coming from underhood fuse box, aka Power Distribution, is probably a relay going on and off. Take the cover off, and try to id which one and replace. But it would not be loud, I'm surprised you can hear it, IF that's what it is.the relay can't 'decide' what to do

it happened to me a couple weeks ago, just tie both of battery post and you will be fine
