The rear window on my 2000 Toyota Corolla rolled down about an inch. Then it wouldn't budge. Could the problem be a fuse?

question i'm still having the same problem my car is still popping out of fourth gear and now I have to hold it down in the fourth gear the whole time this is the third time my car has been in the shop first time they fix the shifter cables second time they fix the shifter fork and now they can't figure out what else it could be in they've had my at least a month and a half now 1 Answer
