Camry will not warm up, no heater URGENT

2018 Toyota Camry SE, has the smaller motor, purchased used, currently has 113k miles. Motor will not warm up, temp gauge stays at the bottom, if I let it idle for 10 minutes the gauge will get up to halfway, but if I start to drive it, or the moment the fan comes on even the lowest setting regardless of temp setting, the gauge drops back all the way down. Car will not blow anything but cold air. I have something in front of the radiator to keep it from getting air cooled while driving and that does nothing. Wont warm up. Its also very cold out right now and I can't go anywhere because my 1 year old son cant be drug around while its freezing, 30-40 degrees out.

Sounds like the engine cooling system needs a diagnosis. Most likely the Thermostat is stuck Open. Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running?

    have replaced coil, capacitor, cap, rotor, plugs, ect, and other sensors. Once car warms i assume when the thermostat opens it kills the distributor/no spark, yes i have checked.
