Does my 2018 Ford Escape SE have 4 wheel or
AWD as I see nothing on the panel that mentions it

It could be a 2 wheel drive also. Running a decode on the VIN number or looking at the window sticker price sheet (if you purchased this new) will tell you. Your dealership can also answer this question.

Look at the window sticker from when you bought it. There is probably an AWD badge on the rear door if it is an AWD.
