If you're not getting any cold air front or back it almost sounds like you have a freon leak. Do you have heat front and back?

If tube is cold, and air blowing in is not,it is the actuator in the blower box,not turning over to cool,or is stuck in between,Check the actuator blend motor under dash at blower box.
