Why does my car run bad when cold?

Hey folks I bought a 04 Lincoln ls v6 and noticed
that the car runs horrible when cold no break
pressure extreme shaking of the engine and
shutting off unless I put the car in gear smash the
break and hold the gas a bit to warm the car. I have
replaced the fuel pump spark plugs both tem
sensors an o2 sensor and all coil packs thing is
once the car reaches normal temp it runs fine my
car also shifts hard when going into second an
third gear I was told to check the solenoid can
anyone tell me the problem

fist of all don't " smash " anything , if you want to spend money on parts change the IAC and clean the port it sits in , did you replace the fuel pump or did you take it some where ?

Engine light is on and I had it taken to a shop to be replaced and after replacing the plugs and coils I had it scanned and it pulled up the coils
