What does the bleed off screw look like on a 2004 lincoln ls v8 3.9

I have a water leaking on the driver side near
the over flow resivior. What could be the
problem.

The bleeder off the tank next check the hose from the engine down to the reservoir most likely it would over heat by now. check also if the tank still holds pressure after ten minutes and check canisters bleed screw
