Did they pressure test the gas manifold? If not could be a leaky injector issue or partially damaged fuel pressure regulator. There have been some issues with newer vehicles concerning improper venting for (mostly FORD) with evap canister problems and unsealed body surfaces letting fumes inside cabin. Other thoughts are purge valve in engine compartment is not operating correctly or a loose evap hose line under the hood. Last idea is that the gas tank was topped off and the charcoal canister is flooded. Hopefully you have some warranty left on this one. Good Luck!
